Greetings, Esteemed Sixth District Brothers,

Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey as we gear up for the 79th Annual Sixth District Meeting, and here’s the twist – we’ve shifted our destination to the vibrant heart of Columbia, South Carolina! Welcome to Famously Hot Columbia, where adventure awaits.

In the spirit of unity, Brother Al White, our 43rd Sixth District Representative, and the entire enthusiastic assembly of the Omicron Phi Chapter, invite you to join us for an extraordinary rendezvous. The stage is set for an electrifying experience from April 25 to April 28, 2024, as we convene at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in the lively Vista district of Downtown Columbia, SC.

The Brothers of the Omicron Phi Chapter are already hard at work to ensure this gathering is an absolute success. Brace yourselves for the enchantment of Famously Hot Columbia, where Downtown boasts a plethora of venues and activities that are bound to captivate your hearts. Please take the time to explore our beautiful city during your down time.  We encourage you to bring your families and to enjoy all Columbia has to offer. 

But that’s not all; our Quettes have been tirelessly orchestrating a series of delightful activities for your Quettes and Que-Kids. We encourage you to register in advance to partake in these memorable experiences. Hold on tight because we’ve got some fun-filled activities in store, including an exhilarating golf tournament, service projects, and a stirring social action event. Your participation in these endeavors is not just welcomed; it’s celebrated.

And here’s something extra special – our digital Annual Meeting Souvenir Book. It’s your chance to shine by submitting dynamic ads complete with video and audio links, adding an extra layer of excitement to our annual tradition.

We are deeply honored to have the privilege of hosting you on this grand occasion and eagerly anticipate the joy of seeing each one of you in Columbia. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our esteemed Sixth District Representative and to the supporting chapters of the 11th Cluster of the Mighty Sixth District (Chi Iota Iota, Chi Chi, Sigma Phi, Beta Lambda, Epsilon Epsilon, Mu Sigma, and Zeta Zeta) for entrusting me with the role of District Marshal for this 79th Annual Meeting.

79^th Annual Sixth District Meeting

Souvenir Book Greetings Letter

Business Leaders and Brothers,

On behalf of our Sixth District Representative Brother Al White, Remaining Members of the Sixth District Executive Committee, and Event Planner Brother Howard Jackson, I am pleased to remind you that the 79^th Sixth District Annual Meeting will be held in the city of Charlotte, NC on April 25-28, 2024, hosted by the Brothers of the Omicron Phi chapter and the 11th Cluster of the Mighty Sixth District (Chi Iota Iota, Chi Chi, Sigma Phi, Beta Lambda, Epsilon Epsilon, Mu Sigma, and Zeta Zeta).

The Souvenir Booklet for the 79^th Sixth District Annual Meeting Souvenir will be an outstanding opportunity to showcase the District, its Chapters, its Members, and its Supporters! We want everyone associated with the fraternity to 1) have an opportunity to participate in the booklet and 2) take that opportunity seriously and immediately!  This year’s booklet will be entirely digital and as such will have the ability to showcase our brothers and our sponsors like never before.  You will be able to use state of the art technology including embedded digital and audio files, as we take our booklet publication to the next level.

The prices for ads in the Souvenir Booklet have been established as follows plus transaction fees:

To reserve your space in the Souvenir Booklet, make your payment and upload your ad, please visit the “Click Here for Ad Payment” button to pay for your add and it will send you to a link to “upload” your ad. This website will provide all of the functionality required to complete the process and it will provide the local team with the information needed to ensure that your   ad is included in the Souvenir Booklet.

Please note the following details regarding the submission of Souvenir Booklet ads:

1. The deadline for submitting ads is April 5, 2024, BUT DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THAT DATE! Please submit your ads immediately (or at least early) so that there is time to resolve any issues that may arise (quality, payment, etc.).
2. The file requested to be uploaded is a PDF (Portable Document Format) document, appropriately sized for the ad you want to purchase and formatted as you wish it to be displayed in the souvenir booklet.
3. Payments will be requested upon completion of the online form and a follow-up communication will be sent providing a link to upload the

The Sixth District and Omicron Phi and the 11th cluster are looking forward to producing a Souvenir Booklet for the 79^th Sixth District that will uphold the high standards of Omega.  We need your help to achieve this goal, and, in the true spirit of Brotherhood, we know you will meet the challenge!
